Alessio Patriarca

Alessio Patriarca holds a PhD in Plant and Animal Production Sciences from the Department of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences (DAFNE) at the University of Tuscia. With his strong background in agricultural and environmental sciences, he integrates geospatial analysis, remote sensing, and environmental modeling in his research to support land and landscape planning. He teaches land use planning and remote sensing and completed part of his doctoral thesis at KU Leuven, focusing on the use of cloud computing and remote sensing big data for land management. His doctoral thesis dealt with the development of geo-indicators to support decision-making for sustainable land use, and he was actively involved in the development of the regional agricultural plan for the Lazio region.
Prof. Maria Nicolina Ripa

Maria works in the field of spatial planning and management, pursuing a multidisciplinary approach aimed at developing operational tools to support the transition to sustainable landscape management. Her research makes extensive use of advanced technologies and methods, including GIS systems, decision support systems, remote sensing for environmental resource monitoring, environmental modeling, and the analysis of territorial and landscape changes. She is currently coordinating activities for the development of the Regional Agricultural Plan for Lazio, an innovative planning tool that covers the entire territory of the region and promotes transdisciplinary dialogue with other regulatory frameworks and land use restrictions, such as urban planning, environmental legislation, hydrological risk management, and cultural heritage conservation.
Roberta Centonze (PhD)

Independent consultant as agricultural economist and land planner, Dr Centonze is also researcher and lecturer at the Martin Luther University of Halle Wittenberg. Pivotal in the TAPELINE project, she bridges the activities of the Italian partners. With UNITUS team, she manages stakeholders in WP3 and facilitates cross-scale arrangements in the TAPE tool. She supports the living lab establishment in Cyprus. With Agricoltura è Vita, she coordinates the facilitation and training activitis in WP1 and WP4, leveraging her AKIS expertise from since 2017 on EU projects.
