Farm for Good (FFG)

“As a PhD and industrialist specializing in environmental sciences, I have developed expertise over more than 15 years at the crossroads of scientific research, consulting, community engagement, knowledge transfer, and my own agricultural practice. My background is based on a systemic view of sustainable development, particularly in the field of agroecology. Through various participatory research projects, I am committed to bringing academic and practical knowledge into dialogue. In this way, I have built a professional career that combines scientific rigor and practical engagement, with a common thread of research and communication of innovative solutions that contribute to the ecological and sustainable transition of food production systems, where science supports action and experimentation feeds reflection. Recent years have been marked by research and development of tools for assessing the environmental impact of agricultural practices using specific, quantitative, and objective measurements.
The Farm For Good cooperative, for which I am currently working as part of the TAPELINE project, supports the development of soil-protecting organic farming in Belgium by providing advice to farmers in its network and securing markets for their products. It supplies the agro-industry with sufficient quantities of high-quality raw materials from its network of dedicated farms, while respecting specific customer requirements. It offers transparent cooperation on pricing and support in assessing environmental impact through specific measurements.
